Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Coordinator Quality Control to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region's first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!You will be incharge of managing quality of inbound/outbound products in the warehouse as per the quality standards set by the company.QualificationsMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUTCHERYKey Responsibilities :1. Perform inbound QC checks (temperature, shelf life, labeling, product condition).2. Enforce FIFO/FEFO and proper product segregation.3. Monitor warehouse hygiene, storage conditions, and cold chain compliance.
4. Lead product rejection and supplier non-conformance reporting.
5. Track supplier performance/evaluation and follow up on CAP.
6. Conduct outbound quality checks before dispatch to stores.
7. Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and compliance with the approved SOPs & procedures .
8. Report & escalate on KPIs (rejections, wastage, deviations) to management in a timely manner .Additional InformationWhat did we order ?1- At least 3 years QC experience in DC / warehouse / FMCG retail business /Cross dock / food operation
2- Strong knowledge of cold chain and inbound inspection.
3- HACCP / ISO Food Safety certification preferred.Key Competencies :1- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven
2- Strong coordination with operations and suppliers
3- Decision-making in fast-paced DC environment
3- Proficiency in MS Excel
4- Proficiency in English Language
