- Develop and review MEP design concepts, detailed designs, and technical drawings for high-speed railway infrastructure
- Coordinate MEP designs with civil, architectural, structural, and railway systems disciplines to resolve interfaces and design clashes
- Review consultant and contractor MEP submissions, calculations, specifications, and shop drawings for technical compliance
- Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and value engineering workshops
- Ensure MEP designs comply with international standards, railway requirements, and local authority regulations
- Support timely delivery of MEP design packages in alignment with overall project schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP design engineering on large-scale infrastructure or high-speed railway projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, coordination, and technical compliance
- Proven experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent technical, communication, and coordination skills
- Based in UAE and/or able to join immediately is a strong advantage
- Experience on high-speed railway, metro, rail stations, or major transportation infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with international railway standards, authority approvals, and interface management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination platforms
- Multinational project experience with complex stakeholder and interface coordination
