We are seeking experienced Marine Consultancy Services Professionals to support offshore marine operations, inspections, engineering reviews, diving supervision, and vessel/barge representation activities for major offshore oil and gas projects. These roles require strong offshore experience, solid understanding of marine safety and operational standards, and the ability to work in demanding offshore project environments. Suitable candidates will be assigned based on project needs across marine inspection, advisory, engineering, diving, and offshore construction support functions.Key Responsibilities
Act as the offshore focal point for project execution and contractor interface
Represent the project management team on all contractual and operational offshore matters
Liaise closely with marine representatives and offshore operations teams
Ensure approved construction procedures are strictly followed
Coordinate and monitor contractor daily activities offshore
Review change orders, extra works, and scope deviations, and escalate as needed
Supervise assigned offshore site team members across marine, safety, survey, and engineering disciplines
Prepare daily progress reports highlighting progress, risks, incidents, and recommendations
Sign contractor daily reports and record observations where necessary
Ensure contractor compliance with approved HSE, QA/QC, and operating procedures
Support emergency preparedness and response planning
Prepare close-out reports with lessons learned and final observations
Qualifications
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 15 years of total offshore oil and gas industry experience
Minimum 10 years of direct exposure to offshore construction and installation projects
Strong experience with jackets, decks, bridges, subsea cables, pipelines/risers, hook-up/tie-ins, pre-commissioning, and commissioning
Experience gained on offshore construction vessels and barges, including self-elevating units and derrick/lay barges
Strong knowledge of offshore construction practices, marine regulations, QA/QC, welding/coating, anchor handling, survey/navigation, pipe laying, cable laying, riser installation, and commissioning procedures
Good understanding of international safety codes and offshore HSE requirements
Fluency in English

Strong offshore oil and gas marine experience
Sound knowledge of marine safety, HSE, and operational procedures
Experience working with offshore vessels, barges, or marine construction units
Good technical reporting and communication skills in English
