Sr. Construction Engineer Civil

- The candidates should have an Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Supervise civil construction activities such as foundations, piling, concrete works, structural installations, and subsea infrastructure
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, subcontractors, and offshore crews
- Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow across interfaces
- Implement QA/QC procedures for civil works, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Track construction progress against project timelines and milestones.
- Enforce offshore HSE protocols and participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Provide input during design phase to enhance constructability and reduce offshore execution risks
- Review civil drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with site conditions
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet construction targets
- Maintain detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and deviations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management and client review
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 12–15 years in oil & gas construction, with 5+ years offshore
- Strong knowledge of API, ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO, and offshore codes (e.g., DNV, NORSOK)
- AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera, and construction databases
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
