- Responsible for Key HR Processes and Services for Canon Emirates organization – Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits and Exit Management.
- Coach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
- Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
- Be the Key Point of Contact for Canon Emirates team and manage employee relations, policies, and benefit administration.
- Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.
- Responsible for identifying and supporting the onboarding of right partners and agencies for recruitment, outsourcing and trainings by running the tender processes along with Procurement.
- Design and Process HR Monthly Dashboard.

- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
- Human Resources or related Degree – Mandatory.
- Post Graduated Studies in HR or Admin field – Highly Desirable.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
- Supervisor Experience – Highly Desirable.
