- Support end-to-end execution of retail media advertising campaigns across multiple markets and digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet agreed objectives and timelines.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis by measuring campaign performance against key performance indicators.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and campaign summaries for internal teams and external advertisers.
- Collaborate with the Retail Media Growth team to identify campaign optimization opportunities and performance improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign tracking, budgets, and operational documentation.
- Support the team with research activities, advertiser account analysis, and operational coordination tasks.
- Assist in improving campaign execution workflows, reporting tools, and operational processes.
- Work closely with Ads Growth Managers to ensure high-quality delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Two to four years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, ad technology, or campaign operations.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, advertising formats, and retail media ecosystems.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and translating performance insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
