- Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback, conduct surveys, and follow up on previous interactions.
- Collect and accurately record customer feedback, comments, and suggestions using CRM systems.
- Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Adhere to established scripts, guidelines, and procedures for conducting outbound calls and collecting feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, survey results, and performance metrics to management.
