- Design and implement regional training programs aligned with business needs and HQ direction
- Manage execution of training programs and analyze results across subsidiaries
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support regional HR teams
- Organize onboarding, promotion, and e-learning activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development plans
- Develop and manage career development frameworks and pathways
- Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
- Facilitate career coaching and mentoring programs
- Develop and manage structured Assessment Centers to evaluate competencies, leadership potential, and readiness for career progression.
- Establish regional yearly Talent Management Plan
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to support TNA and development planning
- Prepare management reports on talent metrics and program outcomes
- Ensure alignment with global HR strategies and compliance with local regulations
- 8-12 years' relevant HR experience is required
- At least Bachelor's Degree (MBA, MA in Human Resources is preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and Proficiency in HRIS systems (LMS)
- Relationship with Assessment Centers for Career Progression
