Business Continuity Senior Specialist will be part of the Enterprise Risk and Opportunity Management team and will be responsible for the following: Monitoring the implementation of the BCM Framework across the Group Developing and assisting in conducting BIA Periodic reporting on the status of implementation of the BCM Framework Evaluating the BCM performance and its effectiveness Promoting continual improvement of the BCM Framework Ensure Business Continuity objectives are established at relevant functions and levels. Ensure relevancy of the BCM Policy, procedures and framework as per relevant regulation and standards EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management or Crisis Management. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in business management, disaster management, or a related field. KEY SKILLS Business Continuity Management Disaster Recovery Management Reporting Change Management Risk Management Crisis Management and communication Please note that Candidates should have an experience in Government Companies.
