members - helping them become as productive and profitable as possible.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve and
surpass sales targets and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, action plans, and
marketing initiatives to drive team performance.
Sales Target: Set clear sales targets for your team and work collaboratively to ensure they
are achieved.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring
top-notch service and client satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their
skills and product knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor individual and team performance, offering
guidance and support to maximize sales.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments.
Compliance: Ensure that all team activities and transactions comply with legal and company
regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance for management (CEO).Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in
leadership or team management roles. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
