  • Own regional SEO: Plan and execute the MENA SEO roadmap across English and Arabic sites, covering audits, prioritisation, and sprint delivery with Web & Dev.
  • Localise at scale: Coordinate content localisation and QA for Arabic and English, ensuring accurate terminology for trading/CFDs, compliant disclosures, and consistent tone.
  • Lead on-page optimisation: Build keyword clusters, briefs, and on-page updates for product/instrument pages, education hubs, and landing pages; optimise metadata, headings, internal links, and UX for higher CTR and engagement.
  • Run technical SEO: Use Semrush (core), Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4 to audit crawlability, indexation, CWV, internal linking, canonicalisation, schemas, redirects, and hreflang (including RTL nuances); create tickets and drive fixes with developers.
  • Measure what matters: Track GSC clicks, impressions, CTR, avg. position, and Semrush ranked keywords/SOV; set quarterly targets and build Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Report & align: Produce a monthly SEO report and host fortnightly stakeholder meetings (regional marketing, content, product, compliance, web) to align on priorities and blockers.
  • Use AI-safely: Pilot AI for keyword expansion, topical clustering, content briefs, internal-link maps, and QA - with human review for accuracy, E-E-A-T, and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 3-5+ years hands-on SEO (technical + on-page) for multi-language sites; Arabic & English fluency required.
  • Proven wins growing GSC traffic and Semrush keyword footprint; comfortable setting targets and proving impact.
  • Deep familiarity with Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and GTM; basic SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Strong experience in hreflang and multilingual SEO, including RTL and Arabic morphology/keywords.
  • Understanding of YMYL/E-E-A-T, financial services content, and working with Legal/Compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate audit findings into clear dev tickets and business outcomes.
Nice to have
  • Experience in CFD/FX, fintech, or other regulated verticals.
  • Familiarity with schema (Article/FAQ/HowTo/Product), CWV optimisation, and programmatic SEO.
  • Knowledge of Gulf search behaviour and seasonality (e.g., Ramadan).
