- Manage day-to-day content publishing across all social media platforms for Madinat Jumeirah and its four luxury hotels
- Supervise the performance of the agency partner, ensuring brand-aligned content development, approval workflows, and timely execution
- Collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events, and Kids Club teams to create integrated content calendars and amplify on-ground activations
- Lead the rollout of digital campaigns, offers, and resort highlights in coordination with PR and marketing functions
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimizing reach, engagement, and ROI across platforms
- Support digital budgeting, track spend, and ensure campaign delivery within budget and brand KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline from a reputed institution
- 4 to 5 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within luxury hospitality, a digital agency, or a global brand
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, and social tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Excellent creative and analytical skills with a proven track record of audience engagement and digital storytelling
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced luxury environment
