- Establish a new agents’ network.
- Propose new initiatives to expand the agents’ network and form effective strategies, which include agents’ presentations, training, support materials, bonus and incentive structures, outdoor meetings, and international business trips.
- Build relationships with current agents for further development, training, and growth.
- Maintain sharp communications and provide regular feedback to agents – brokers.
- Identify issues and areas where improvement is required to increase the overall performance of Business Development.
- Stay top-of-mind with assigned agents, brokers, and clients.
- Ensure that all agents are always motivated and understand the earning potential by becoming a TFG agent.
- Appoint new agents and form strategic and promotional partnerships to increase TFG’s sales revenue.
- Ensure direct bookings and sales targets are met.
- Highly self-motivated, career-oriented team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and/or English and French with a clear and concise accent.
- Ability to travel internationally for roadshows and business trips.
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
- Punctual, courteous, and presentable.
