- Should adept at roller skating, as well as coaching & guiding customer in the same.
- Work closely with Unit Management team to move machines / games monitoring payouts to drive maximum revenue possibilities from the current product mix.
- Keep stores are in compliance with the Standard Operating procedures and Customer Service standards
- Keep stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards
- Keep stores portray the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company
- Effective and prompt execution of sales, promotions by maintaining professionally at all times.
- Timely filing of the checklist of the area of responsibility
- Monitoring activities in respective area of responsibility
- Arranging party as per checklist
- Receive guests and re-organizing things party as per their requirements
- Write guest details on checklist which is required for final bill preparation
- Organize party and prepare final bill
- Collect money as per the bill
2 - 4 years work experience working in a roller rink
You should be able to roller skate proficently and be able to coach others
