- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the senior management team
- Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a Director or Lead role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Facility management sector: mainly in sales not in services
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
