- The Cabin Crew is responsible to the Captain for the management of all aspects of cabin safety and services under the direction of Lead Flight Attendant.
- Understand the value of exceptional customer service, safety and aspects of life as a crew member in a non-scheduled operation.
- Maintain valid mandatory documentation such as passport, visas, GCAA Flight and Medical licenses, CMC Certificate, etc.
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and understandable RoyalJet complex operational requirements.
- Able to work under pressure, is flexible and understand Royal Jet complex operational requirements.
- Responsible for the proper execution of FA duties related to the safety of the aircraft and its occupants, as specified in the GCAA approved operational manuals e.g. OMA, SEPM.
- Provide a safe environment for Guests and other crew onboard through safe work practice and excellent SEP knowledge.
- Perform onboard service in accordance with Royal Jet service standards to maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Understand, anticipate and deliver the highest level of service to all Guests by availing all their requests in a timely manner while maintaining integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain onboard equipment in terms of quality, quantity and cleanliness particularly when the aircraft is away from base, in order to reduce costs associated with breakages and losses.
- Display confidence and immaculate decorum, adhere to Royal Jet grooming standards at all times whilst on duty.
- Age: 23 yrs to 30 yrs.
- Experience in VIP, First Class, or Business Class cabin service preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma (University Degree preferred)
- Valid GCAA Cabin Crew License (mandatory)
- Valid GCAA Medical Certificate (mandatory)
- Exceptional grooming, presentation, and communication skills
- Previous catering/ hotel / hospitality/ customer service experience preferable.
- Current flying crew or at least less than 1 year out of service (with sound justified reasons)
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Knowledge of additional languages preferable.
- Intermediate level of computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; with strong planning, organizing, and integration skills.
- Strong organizational commitment, meticulous attention to detail, and has a strong drive to grow capabilities.
