- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site
- 3-5 years of proven experience in construction projects within the UAE
- Strong skills in site supervision and workforce management
- Good understanding of civil construction processes including foundation, structural, and finishing works
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
