The Travel Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing travel arrangements for clients or company employees. This includes booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed travel itineraries. The role ensures a seamless travel experience, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during travel.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas.
Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and related documentation.
Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure bookings.
Assist clients or employees with travel-related inquiries and issues.
Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
