Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Real Estate Developer sector experience required)
Qualification: Estimated Qualification like bachelor's degree holder, Diploma/Degree/Certificate
Salary: AED 5000 to 15000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs tailored for sales teams within the real estate sector
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance, productivity, and sales outcomes
Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methods
Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goalsRequirements:
Proven experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar training or coaching role
Strong expertise in training delivery, coaching, and team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
European nationality is preferred
