  • Develop, implement, and monitor the organizations Emiratization strategy in alignment with Emiratization policies and vision.
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR to identify suitable roles and career paths for Emirati.
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns and career fairs targeting candidates.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, government entities, and training providers to support talent pipelines.
  • Create onboarding and career development programs tailored for Emirati employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and Emiratization quotas.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to Emiratization efforts and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Serve as an internal advisor on diversity, inclusion, and Emirati workforce integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in HR, with at least 2 years in Emiratization
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and Emiratization regulations.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, development, and retention of Emirati talent.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
