Be ready to make your mark a top company, in an exciting & dynamic industry.Job DescriptionTo support growth of Diversified Industrial Group [under Investment Banking Group] account portfolios and client relationships; improve service quality levels, maintain an ongoing client interaction to ensure that the team's objectives are constantly met, and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.Business Origination
  • Actively work with deal teams on IB transactions, ensuring timely and efficient closure and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support credit decisions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with bank profitability and risk appetite.
Client and Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments relevant to your client segment.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value corporate and institutional clients, achieve high degree of customer satisfaction in annual client survey reports.
  • Originate and execute new business opportunities, exceeding assigned revenue targets.
  • Support clients in day -to- day banking business, liase with support functions for smooth conduct of business. Point of escalation from clients' on any operational matters.
  • Increase SoW and cross sell, both by increasing the nos. of IB products and other ancillary opportunities offered by other business verticals e.g., employee banking, payments etc.
  • Provide support to MDs/EDs in proactive planning and submission of Global Key Account Plans for key clients.
  • Understanding risk adjusted return metrics preparation of RAROC [Risk adjusted return on capital] calculator.
  • ESG: Collect necessary client side and internal data for ESG rating of relationship per bank policy.
  • Ensure all clients' files/documents are maintained and filed with CAD, LPM etc.
  • Ownership & Completion of all KYC process both new to bank and renewals of accounts under the portfolio within standard TAT. Understanding of Banks KYC, AML policies and regulations.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Support respective MDs/EDS in day-to-day administrative and transactional activities of client management including client calls, documentation follow up, updating pipeline, and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high-quality outputs.
Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:
  • Ensure strict adherence to credit policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, maintaining strong risk management practices.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify potential credit risks, taking necessary corrective actions.
MIS and Reports:Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit's requirements, policies, and standards.#LI-KT1QualificationsMinimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in business administration is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Knowledge of the investment & corporate banking, products and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stake holders in the bank to drive business.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Credit and financial analysis skills.
  • Computer proficiency, Data analysis and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to analyse and research information.
  • Credit analysis and FOREX skills.
  • Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
