- Ensure all food preparation meets quality, health, and safety standards.
- Reset and maintain kitchen areas during and after service.
- Carry out special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
- Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
