• Testing of RTUs.

• Complete assembly, wiring and testing of RTU.

• Aux Switches assembly.

• Relay and Terminal block wiring Assembly.

• Assembly and preparation of wiring looms.

• Addressing trouble shooting issues.

• Daily Production, Testing and Efficiency targets.

• Accident reporting and preventive measures.

• PPE and H&S issues.

• 5S and House Keeping in general.

• Responsible for controlling addressing PPA issues.

• Productivity improvement on a continuous scale.

• optimized process flow, Lean manufacturing etc. on a continuous scale for cost cutting and waste reduction.

• Impart Training to co-workers on Product and other technical aspects of product.

• Responsible for overall housekeeping.

• Ensuring that tools/fixtures/templates, measuring instruments etc. that are used are periodically calibrated as applicable.

• Cost reduction measures

• Regular inspection of critical internal assemblies, critical settings, Assembly, and rework/repair.

• Control & stock management of production consumables and WIP.

• Timely generate and circulate the reports related to line stoppage due to supplier issues during single piece flow assly.

• Develop multiple skill development /training and update the training matrix.

• Analysis of rejection of material due to operator’s error

• Active team leader role has to be played in absence of TL .•

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Switchgear industry.

• Detailed knowledge about PCB, electronic circuits, protection circuit, metering circuit, relay circuit, EFI, wiring diagram, wiring looms, terminals, lugs, crimping tools, Electronic testing and electronic logics.

• Should have thorough knowledge and hands on testing experience of electronic equipment’s, able to address trouble shoots.

• Should be able to understand the BOM structure,

• Knowledge of ISO, Health, and safety
