Service Operations Platforms and Tools Senior Manager - Global Solutions

• Manage the complete lifecycle of service operations platforms and tools including evaluation, implementation, optimization, and retirement
• Align technology solutions with business goals to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
• Develop strategies to continuously evolve operations tools to meet organizational demands
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors for tool acquisition, support, and compliance
• Implement and monitor IT support tools such as ticketing systems and remote assistance platforms
• Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure tools are compliant and drive continuous process improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of managing enterprise operational platforms and cross-functional technology projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices in relation to operational tools
