- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns to promote events, enhance brand awareness, and engage fans through different channels.
- Manage reporting on campaign performance and optimization.
- Develop social media campaigns and ensuring alignment with marketing campaign objectives.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns using analytics tools, deriving actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Ensure all social media activities remain compliant with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the social media agency with the support of the social media specialist.
- Provide guidance and support to more junior team members
- Represent events brand values and ethos across social media platforms, ensuring collaboration and consistent messaging between different organizational functions.
- UAE based with domestic and international travel as required.
- Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in social media or digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Stellar communication and content creation skills.
- Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple social media profiles concurrently.
- Collaborative nature with an ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mastery over various social media platforms and management tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and understanding of key performance metrics.
- Foundational understanding of broader digital marketing tools and strategies, such as SEO and email marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns to promote FFS, JV and any relevant new business events to increase engagement and raise brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Design a holistic social media campaign strategizing content pillar, channel approach, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Directo to ensure alignment of social media campaigns with broader marketing strategy and approach.
- Conduct detailed reviews of social media performance metrics and refine and adjust strategies based on the insights and campaign’s performance.
- Oversee day-to-day social media specialist work and deliverables ensuring brand reputation is maintained and audiences are engaged.
- Work closely with the marketing wider team to ensure that social media campaigns are synergized with overarching marketing strategies.
- To manage the on-ground team and ensure smooth delivery and coordination with different stakeholders.
- To deliver post event report for future considerations and learning for all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media agency, and stakeholders to maximize reach and ticket sales
- Manage the client relationship and lead the meetings with client and IP owners.
- Execute grade requirements according to the Delegation of Authority (“DoA”) while delegating tasks when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with (i) relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and (ii) the Company’s governance structures e.g. Articles of Association, DoA, policies and procedures, trade license requirements, any relevant regulatory requirements.
- Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
