- Deliver medicines and prescriptions from Axios programs & Abwab Al Khair Pharmacy to the patients.
- Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain delivery logs and collect proof of delivery.
- Enter data in PMS upon delivery and ensure EID are scanned and data is recorded.
- Handle medicines carefully, including temperature-sensitive items.
- Assist in basic office cleaning and upkeep (maintaining cleanliness, organizing items, ensuring hygiene in offices/branches).
- Valid UAE motorcycle license (at least 1-2 years delivery experience).
- Prior experience in delivery (pharmacy/medicine delivery preferred).
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads & GPS apps.
- Basic English: Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer focused.
- Computer and gadgets literacy.
- Willingness to support with office cleaning tasks when required.
