Our company is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dubai. The Customer Service Representatives will play a key role in providing excellent customer support, resolving inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and according to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
