Job Description:Our client, a leading luxury outdoor furniture company is looking for a Business Development Executive to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen, a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, and a proven track record in business development within the luxury lifestyle or home furnishings industry. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:
  • Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share and presence within the luxury outdoor furniture sector, targeting high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, developers, hospitality professionals, and affluent homeowners to generate leads, qualify prospects, and secure new business partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and conducting client presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements to recommend tailored solutions that showcase the unique features, benefits, and luxury appeal of our outdoor furniture collections.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service, support, and ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to align business development efforts with company objectives, leverage resources, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for product innovation, market differentiation, and strategic positioning.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to evaluate progress, measure success, and inform strategic decision-making.
RequirementsTo be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the luxury lifestyle, home furnishings, or outdoor living industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network of contacts within the luxury residential, hospitality, and design industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
