Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures on construction sites
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Prepare QA/QC documentation, reports, and audit records
Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance requirementsRequirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven UAE experience in high-rise and villa construction projects (mandatory)
Strong understanding of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, or procurement processes
Experience with documentation systems and project coordination
Knowledge of MEP and civil project workflows (for Document Controller role)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements
