- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, expanding Cisco's footprint within the UAE public sector.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor aligned with government digital transformation goals and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate internal teams (engineering, services, partners) to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to public sector needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage complex contract negotiations and oversee the full sales cycle to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, policy changes, and procurement processes to proactively position Cisco as the preferred technology partner.
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with partners to build a robust ecosystem that supports government procurement and project execution.
- Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage Cisco's technology stack and AI-driven sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and pipeline accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of technology sales experience, with a focus on Public Sector or Government accounts in the UAE or Middle East.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the region.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in Arabic.
- Deep understanding of UAE public sector procurement, regulatory environments, and government digital transformation initiatives.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience selling cloud, security, and software-defined networking solutions.
- Established network of relationships within UAE government and semi-government organizations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and lead through influence.
