Vendor Inspection Coordinator

• Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with major codes and standards used in oil & gas
• Familiar with ADNOC standards codes
• Language Preference: English

• Coordinate vendor inspections to meet project timelines.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor procedures
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status.
• Issue inspection release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post-inspection.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.
