Commercial Agreements Specialist - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop cost build-up models and pricing structures for feedstock, utilities, logistics, and infrastructure services
• Support adoption of charging mechanisms across agreements considering tenant scale, occupancy, risk exposure, subsidies, escalations, and supply assurance
• Develop and implement the TA'ZIZ ECO System commercial structure through incorporation and operation of Services Management Companies for utilities and logistics
• Own and manage commercial transactions for Utilities and Logistics SMCs during steady-state park operations
• Act as commercial subject matter expert in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, covering legal, financial, and operational aspects
• Coordinate and supervise commercial elements of assigned projects
• Provide inputs on technical, financial, and legal requirements during agreement development
• Ensure implementation and compliance of all commercial agreements in line with agreed terms and conditions
• Participate in agreement sign-offs and lead commercial negotiations with stakeholders
• Facilitate smooth execution of agreements, resolving implementation challenges proactively
• Monitor contractual performance including service delivery and monthly invoice settlements
• Support dispute resolution in coordination with Claims Management teams
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for agreement expiry, renewal, and extensions
• Liaise with counterparties to ensure timely execution and endorsement of agreements
• Prepare periodic status reports highlighting risks, issues, and matters requiring senior management attention

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within refining or chemical industries
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts in hydrocarbon and services sectors
• Strong knowledge of commercial structures, clauses, terms, and conditions
• Exposure to chemical industry products and processes is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
