- Support UHNW clients in the design and implementation of family office structures (single-family office, hybrid or outsourced models) through coordinated execution with internal and external advisors
- Assist with family office licensing and setup processes (ADGM, DIFC and other relevant jurisdictions) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, without assuming regulatory, legal or fiduciary responsibility
- Support the design and implementation of family governance frameworks (governance, charters, councils, policies, succession coordination)
- Focus areas include complex, cross-border and multi-generational situations, governance structuring and long-term client confidence. The platform strengthens relationship depth, retention and long-term strategic relevance without assuming fiduciary or product ownership roles.
- WP & FO acts as a revenue-enabling function by identifying liquidity events, asset consolidation opportunities and long-term structuring needs.
- The platform supports downstream investment, credit, insurance and Islamic solutions through structured advisory engagement, without direct P&L ownership or product execution.
- Key focus areas:
- Standardized processes, templates and governance frameworks
- Knowledge transfer and capability uplift across coverage and product teams.Qualification
- Background in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, or Management
- STEP diploma or STEP Advanced Certificate or equivalent family office/governance certification is strongly preferred
- Certification in Project management, Management/Philanthropy Consulting or UHNW Advisory programmes is relevant
- 6-10-year experience in family office advisory, private client services, consulting, legal, corporate governance, or family office environments
- Strong exposure to family office operations, governance and coordination models
- Familiarity with UAE legal landscape and family office frameworks and international best practices
- Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating in a consulting role supporting UHNWI relationships
