  • Drive governance, performance management, and reporting while promoting sustainable practices
  • Lead delivery from project inception and briefing through design development, planning, procurement, and construction
  • Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas aligned to overall vision and milestones
  • Oversee budgets, risks, and sequencing to optimize programme outcomes
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop teams to enable collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Embed innovation, sustainability, and service excellence throughout the project lifecycle
Ideal Profile
  • Degree qualification with relevant technical expertise in infrastructure and master planning
  • Proven experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of RTA, TIS, and infrastructure systems
  • Strong understanding of strategic project planning, master planning, and infrastructure delivery
  • Substantial consultancy-sector experience delivering projects and programmes across infrastructure disciplines
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and risk management capability
