FRAC Operator Assistant - ADNOC Drilling - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Assist FRAC Operator in executing pipeline and stimulation field operations safely and efficiently
• Perform daily maintenance checks on stimulation and FRAC equipment at site
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance and report faults or required repairs clearly
• Support equipment mobilization and demobilization activities
• Participate in toolbox meetings and ensure all tasks are properly risk assessed
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance and field activities
• Build positive working relationships with client site representatives and crew members
• Support internal training activities and share field knowledge with team members
• Work as a team member across other well services when directed
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice

• Secondary education in English, Mathematics, or Science, or High School Diploma with Coil Tubing training certification
• Additional certification in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines preferred
• Minimum 2 years of practical mechanical experience as Operator Assistant in oilfield services
• Strong fault finding and basic equipment repair skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate in simple written and spoken English
