- Oversee fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting, auditing, and resource allocation.
- Review financial and non-financial reports, recommend improvements, and manage resources within budget guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing managerial and operational team.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, in-house policies, and ethical standards.
- Promote a positive work environment, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Plan, manage, and monitor projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain brand standards across all functions, ensuring consistent customer experiences.
- Monitor food safety compliance, cost control, and operational efficiency across all stores and labs.
- Proven experience of atleast 10 years as a senior executive managing multiple international brands and markets, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, business growth and expansion, and brand management across geographies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Expertise in operational excellence, project and risk management, and multi-country compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing cross-cultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or international business are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
