We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.Payroll Compliance SpecialistEbury Mass Payments (EMP) is the premier non-bank provider of high volume currency and payment solutions. The division operates in 5 of the 24 Ebury offices and has made a recent acquisition which will dramatically accelerate growth.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Tax, SS and labor laws regulations, and other employment-related legislation.
  • Manage day-to-day payroll compliance activities.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax, ss and labor laws affecting payroll.
  • Interpret and communicate changes in regulations to the payroll team and other relevant stakeholders..
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance policies and practices, including, tax, SS documents, and compliance-related information.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of payroll processes to ensure compliance.
  • Address all inquiries related to payroll compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal experts on employment and labor laws.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on compliance reports.
  • Identify and address compliance-related issues promptly.
  • Gather and maintain all documents and information related to EOR/ MMS and filing activity.
  • Provide all field support services (visit government offices) online filing and payments
  • Provide process and steps for set up entity and creating bank account
  • Ensure all ground support services (visiting Clients, managing EE in the country…)
