- Ensure compliance with Tax, SS and labor laws regulations, and other employment-related legislation.
- Manage day-to-day payroll compliance activities.
- Stay informed about changes in tax, ss and labor laws affecting payroll.
- Interpret and communicate changes in regulations to the payroll team and other relevant stakeholders..
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance policies and practices, including, tax, SS documents, and compliance-related information.
- Conduct regular internal audits of payroll processes to ensure compliance.
- Address all inquiries related to payroll compliance.
- Collaborate with legal experts on employment and labor laws.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on compliance reports.
- Identify and address compliance-related issues promptly.
- Gather and maintain all documents and information related to EOR/ MMS and filing activity.
- Provide all field support services (visit government offices) online filing and payments
- Provide process and steps for set up entity and creating bank account
- Ensure all ground support services (visiting Clients, managing EE in the country…)
