  • Offer expert recommendations and guidance on menu selections to guests and team members
  • Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of food and beverage items served
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate major issues to management when required
  • Support smooth service flow in a high-volume restaurant environment
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fine dining or upscale restaurant role
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with leadership support capability
  • Confidence in engaging with a diverse international clientele
