This role is responsible for originating and sourcing real estate investment opportunities across the GCC, with a primary focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The position works closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders to progress opportunities through to execution.The role reporting to the Head of Real Estate:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the business services industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients and senior management.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

  • 9-12 years' experience in real estate business development, investments or acquisitions within the GCC
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of originating real estate deals in the UAE, with strong exposure to Saudi Arabia
  • Established network across developers, advisors, banks and investment counterparties
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify value‑add opportunities
  • Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience working with asset managers, private equity firms, developers or investment platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
