- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the business services industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients and senior management.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- 9-12 years' experience in real estate business development, investments or acquisitions within the GCC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related discipline
- Proven track record of originating real estate deals in the UAE, with strong exposure to Saudi Arabia
- Established network across developers, advisors, banks and investment counterparties
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify value‑add opportunities
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with asset managers, private equity firms, developers or investment platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
