- Develop ADNOC's 5-Year business plans in line with shareholder directives and organizational objectives
- Coordinate with departments to gather inputs for strategic plans and performance contracts
- Review and analyze capital budget requests, ensuring alignment with the business plan and feasibility standards
- Conduct economic and financial evaluations to validate project viability under the Value Assurance Process (VAP)
- Provide long-term expenditure forecasts and identify risks, value-adding opportunities, and mitigation strategies
- Monitor and assess divisional performance contracts, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments where needed
- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, ADNOC policies, and international best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas business planning, including exposure to capital budgeting and performance management
- Strong financial and economic analysis capabilities with knowledge of project evaluation techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
