Business Development ExecutiveJob Location : Ajman, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:
  • Search for engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
  • Attend meetings with engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
  • Present FAM Contracting to consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
  • Acquire and finalize new projects for FAM Contracting in Sharjah and Ajman.
  • Search for new building materials or technologies to obtain exclusive agency rights.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the client base and revenue.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present business development proposals and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of at least 10 years in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
