- Manage and convert inbound leads from enquiries, calls, WhatsApp, web forms, and partner referrals.
- Qualify customers thoroughly, understand requirements, and recommend the right service or package.
- Handle the full sales cycle from first contact through payment and confirmation.
- Follow up consistently, manage a busy pipeline, and keep response times high.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant add-ons to increase order value and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for conversions, revenue, and activity.
- Keep CRM records up to date and flag risks early to protect conversion.
- 1+ years experience in high-volume B2C sales in Dubai
- Background in tourism, hospitality, travel services, events, visa, or immigration services
- Fluent English required, Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a plus.
