- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage documentation and paperwork associated with the negotiation and offer acceptance process.
- Stay informed about current market trends for secondary properties.
- Generate regular reports on property sales, market trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure transactions comply with local real estate laws.
- Assist clients in completing due diligence processes for property purchases.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, including real estate professionals.
- Attend industry events to enhance connections and business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Follow up with clients regularly to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, financing options, and regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge on property-related technologies and industry advancements.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
