1. Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the UAE maritime market.
2. Ship Repair Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise on ship repair services, including afloat repair capabilities and limitations.
- Ensure that sales strategies align with the company's technical capabilities and industry best practices.
3. Port Regulations and Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with UAE port regulations, safety rules, and hot work protocols.
- Ensure that sales and repair operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, operators, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in ship repair or marine services.
