- Support the Director of Sales - Groups and Events in achieving annual catering and group revenue targets
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to catering and events performance
- Upsell confirmed group bookings and events by promoting premium menus and additional services
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and telemarketing activities to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and ensure timely follow-up communication
- Prepare and distribute group resumes and banquet event orders to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in Opera Sales and Catering system
- Identify new business prospects and implement action plans to secure corporate and social events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic sales initiatives
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
- Prepare proposals and contracts in line with hotel policies and luxury brand standards
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Support credit control by following up on outstanding balances when required
- Minimum two years of sales experience within an international five-star hotel environment
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering and Microsoft Office applications
- Solid understanding of the Dubai luxury hospitality market
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong negotiation, revenue management, and sales planning abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality
