They are leading the way in digital transformation and cutting-edge digital products to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce-certified Lead to join our Digital Product Development team. This role requires a techno-functional consultant with strong experience in designing, building, and scaling Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, and Experience Cloud environments.You will be a key contributor in reducing technical debt, driving integration best practices, and helping Aldar elevate its customer journey across multiple verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, and Experience Cloud.Translate functional requirements into technical solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.Integrate Salesforce with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion), MuleSoft, HexaBPM, Nintex/Conga, and payment gateways.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across verticals (hospitality, education, retail) to ensure platform consistency.Own DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Copado), manage multiple code/config streams, and drive CI/CD best practices.Identify and refactor legacy code; contribute to solving technical debt and enforcing scalable development practices.Deliver in Agile environments using JIRA and mentor junior team members as needed.Must-Have Qualifications7-8 years of Salesforce experience as a techno-functional consultant.Salesforce certification(s) (Platform Developer, Architect, Admin, or similar).Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Experience Cloud, SOQL, REST APIs.Proven track record in implementing and customizing CPQ and FSL modules.Experience with MuleSoft integrations, document generation tools (Nintex, Conga), and complex CRM/ERP integrations.Strong understanding of E2E architecture, security models, and integration patterns on the Salesforce platform.Prior experience working with or alongside Big Four consultancies or large-scale enterprise projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Real estate domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.Why Join?Be part of a mission-driven digital transformation journey.Collaborate with cross-functional teams shaping the future of real estate tech in the region.Join a high-growth environment with opportunities for influence, ownership, and leadership.​Apply Now!
