Production Manager

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet demand
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams

• Oversee day-to-day production operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintain production records and reports

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues
• Implement corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Promote a safe working environment
• Conduct safety audits and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards

• Supervise and manage production staff and supervisors
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations

• Improve productivity and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Management or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
• Good communication and organizational skills

• Process improvement & lean manufacturing
• Time and resource management
• Quality control awareness
• Risk management
• Continuous improvement mindset

• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
• ISO 9001 (Quality Management) knowledge
• Safety certifications (advantage)
