• Support the Resident Engineer in managing day-to-day project operations for infrastructure works

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure, road works, and utilities projects
• Proven experience supervising large-scale road and infrastructure projects, preferably in Dubai UAE
• Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering standards, and quality control
• Experience managing multidisciplinary site activities and inspection teams
• Strong technical reporting and communication skills in English
• Ability to manage complex engineering challenges and coordinate across teams
