Job Description :Monitor and enforce compliance with local HSE regulations and company policiesConduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across production, warehouse, and logistics areasInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; maintain detailed reports and follow up on corrective actionsDeliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to staff and contractorsEnsure proper use of PPE and implementation of emergency response plansMaintain documentation and records for safety checks, incidents, and legal complianceLiaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) as neededContinuously improve HSE processes and drive a culture of safety in the workplaceRequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fieldNEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory3–5 years of HSE experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (UAE experience preferred)Strong understanding of UAE safety laws and industrial hygiene standardsExcellent communication, observation, and reporting skillsAbility to lead safety initiatives and influence safe behaviors on the ground
