- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering team members data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, sickness, accruals and reporting on this
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- To maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement.
- Prepare safe count sheet daily and submit to Financial Controller.
- Maintain adequate supply of small change for cashiers and service guest agents.
- Arrange the conversion of foreign currencies received from Front Office.
- Coordinate with Account Payable and Corporate Office regarding money transfer .
- To undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller.
- To ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis.
- At least 2 years experience in the same role, preferably in a luxury hotel background with at least 300 staffs
- Excellent eye for details in dealing with transactions
- Has well demonstrated patience and accommodating personality with overall Team Member inquiries, request and concerns
- Reliable and works with integrity
- Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge in HRIS system
